Le conseil d’administration de la Société canadienne du sang ouvre sa prochaine réunion au public

TORONTO, June 20, 2019  - Canadian Blood Services invites the public to attend, in person or online, the Board of Directors meeting in Toronto. The meeting will be broadcast live on  sang.ca . 

Twice a year, members of the public are invited to participate in open board meetings. This gives them the opportunity to learn more about the activities of the organization, to express their views to the board and to meet with members of the board and management. 

Since its founding in 1998, Canadian Blood Services has made it a point of honor to work in a spirit of collaboration and to act with transparency and openness.

Canadian Blood Services provides services in the fields of blood, plasma and stem cells on behalf of provincial and territorial governments, except that of Quebec. She also manages the National Transplant Registry and related programs to facilitate organ exchange across the country and build a lifeline for Canadians. An independent, not-for-profit organization, it is funded primarily by provincial and territorial ministries of health. Canadian Blood Services is regulated by Health Canada as a manufacturer of biologics.
