Eloise is a well-respected and trusted leader at Canadian Blood Services, since joining the organization in 2023 Eloise has enhanced meaningful inclusion initiatives through the sophistication of employee data, advanced our DEI strategy from ideation to meaningful action.
Prior to Canadian Blood Services, Eloise gained over 15 years of experience in policy development, DEI and engagement through senior policy roles with the Government of Ireland’s Department of Further and Higher Education, Ontario Council for Articulation and Transfer and Employment Social Development Canada, where she was brought in to invigorate the public service. She has also held lecturing positions at McGill University, Dublin City University, and the University of Toronto.
She is an award-winning researcher and active community leader, including in her current role on the Board of Directors for the Jane Finch Centre.
Eloise holds a Bachelor of Arts, with a focus on international development, from York University. She also has a Ph.D. in education studies from McGill University.
