Ms. Jody Faught

The supply chain function oversees production, distribution and logistics operations as well as integrated planning, process management, continuous improvement, and key business enablement support for all products including all plasma collected for fractionation. This division drives customer order fulfillment and end-to-end supply chain enablement excellence.

Jody brings over 20 years of experience across a breadth of supply chain operations, quality, and business leadership roles, first from the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and more recently here at Canadian Blood Services where she has led and matured core supply chain planning, systems and data and analytics enablement capabilities.

Her deep background of systems thinking, collaboration excellence, and change agency leadership will serve the organization well in bringing our product and service delivery to the next level and operate seamlessly with the new collections and donor-focused divisions.

Jody has a bachelor of science (chemistry) from Western University and a masters in business administration (MBA) with a focus on operations from Wilfred Laurier University.
